This is our most popular espresso blend, named after the area where we are based. Charlestown is more of a traditional style blend, with lots of body which cuts perfectly through milk.

50% Brazil Baixa Mogiana:
This lot from producer Laura Luiza Del Guerra Vergueiro is located in the high mountains of Espirito Santo do Pinhal. This mountain chain is known as Serra da Mantiqueira, which translated means the Mountain that Cries due to the large number of water sources. This is a regional lot from San Martin de Pangoa and a Catimor variety.. The farmers we-mill the cherries themselves and deliver the parchement to Prodelsur’s dry-mill, where the parchement is dried with soloar dryers, trays or mechanical dryers.
