The Coffee
Wilder Garcia is a young producer based in Huabal, Cajamarca. The region counts as one of the most productive areas in Peru. Wilder owns 23 hectares of land, 16 of which he uses for coffee production. He maintains a close relationship with the health of his coffee trees. He has introduced a new tissue management system based on a two-year cycle and skeletal pruning. This means that Wilder divides his land into two blocks. These blocks are pruned on a rotational basis to ensure consistent production over the long term.
This micro-lot coffee is special and unique, an elegant coffee with a silky tea-like body paired with a redcurrant acidity & honey sweetness. Best enjoyed as filter, accentuated through espresso Enjoy without milk!

All web orders are posted on Wednesday, please order by Midnight Monday to receive same week delivery. Any orders received after Wednesday, will be processed the following week. If you need to order outside of our roasting days, please contact us.
