Sanremo Opera
Fusing the expertise of the worlds leading baristas and coffee technicians, Sanremo have raised the bar for the future of espresso machines. Unlike traditional volumetric measurement, Opera incorporates scales to calculate brew ratios to generate a higher level of consistency. Ideal for coffee shops who offer multiple blends, users have the option of selecting two different water flow rates. These can then be combined with the varying brew ratios create the perfect parameters for coffee extraction.

Sanremo Opera is the first espresso coffee machine designed by an expert team of leading sector technicians, baristas and designers from around the world.
Naturally comfortable operating controls, with easy pull-style levers and vertical selectors. Perfect results from one to six recipes per group head. Espresso parameters controlled via an App, Android Tablet included.
The Opera offers unprecedented consistency and control;
Pressure: unique fully programmable square profile with variable pump pressure at key infusion phases providing precision extraction control.
Mineral retention in the coffee water: 316L stainless steel on each main component, finished to all minerals to pass through and optimise the flavour and body of coffee.
Brew ratio: a new vital level of dosing accuracy with the Sanremo Controlled Delivery System (CDS)
Temperature: New PID controlled at every step multi-boiler system with pre-heat boiler + integrated 0.5 litre 800W independent group head/boilers.
