The Coffee
Terra Coffee operates in Nariño and Huila, with the mission to support coffee producers in production, processing, and quality enhancement. Whether it’s washed, honey, natural, or other innovative processes, Terra Coffee ensures a personalized approach, fostering product traceability and consistency. Crafted with precision and care, these Bourbon Sidra beans from Huila are carefully prepared to highlight their nuanced flavours and smooth texture.
After harvesting, the cherries are pulped and washed to remove any remaining mucilage. The beans are then submerged in water for 16 hours, undergoing a gentle fermentation process that enhances their clarity and complexity. Following fermentation, the beans are sun-dried on raised beds for 10-14 days, allowing them to fully develop.
