Our New Packaging

Bag chat, In 2022 we made the decision to use paper packaging for our 250g and 500g bags, a decision we made to aid tackling sustainability issues in our sector. Sadly, the packaging seemed on paper (pardon the pun) the right direction but the unfortunately came with drawbacks, main and most important to us not being able to keep coffee fresh for you, our customers.

So with our two priorities being sustainability and coffee quality we’ve made the switch. Breathing new life into discarded plastics our 250g, 500g and 1kg bags are made using Post Consumer Recycled Plastics and are also C02 neutral. The structure of the bag now means they come with a seal and valve to keep coffee fresher for longer, something our paper bags didn’t have.

Design… we’ve learnt a lot over the years of how we want our coffees to look and we have worked with trusted The Archipelago Studio again and chosen to refresh our collective favourite design, familiar but refreshed but with each coffee having unique design which we feel reflects it best.
