How does it work?

1. Select from our preset denomination amounts
2. Enter your recipient’s email address, your name and a personal message
3. Add the voucher to your basket and complete checkout
4. We’ll automatically email your recipient with their gift voucher, containing a unique code that they can apply on our website.
5. That’s it, the voucher can be spent as soon as they receive the code!

How do I enter a gift voucher code?

To use the voucher, simply add a product to your basket. Click on ‘view basket’ and here you will find the coupon box. Simply enter your code and click on ‘apply coupon’ for the voucher to be applied against the basket total.

What happens to the balance of the voucher if they do not spend it all?

After using the code for the first time, any remaining balance will remain for future use – simply re-enter the code on a future order and we’ll deduct the balance from the total price.

After I purchased the gift voucher do I need to do anything else?

No, our system automatically sends out the gift voucher to the recipient’s email address. Sit back and relax knowing you’ve given them the gift of great tasting coffee.
