The Coffee
This lot from producer Laura Luiza Del Guerra Vergueiro is located in the high mountains of Espirito Santo do Pinhal. This mountain chain is known as Serra da Mantiqueira, which translated means the Mountain that Cries due to the large number of water sources. The range supplies an important source of drinking water for most cities in the southeast of Brazil.
The farm has 60 hectares of yellow catuai and is located at 1.100 masl
Classic Brazil with flavour notes of chocolate followed by a smooth caramel and marzipan sweetness.
