Founded in 2000, Casa Espresso was established mainly as an espresso machine distributor. Over the years the business has evolved, and in 2015 we became Bradford’s first specialty coffee roasters.
We roast and supply ethically sourced specialty Arabica coffee for wholesale and retail customers, and supply high end coffee equipment from Sanremo & Victoria Arduino. We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and committed person, with a love of specialty coffee and great customer service, to join our team.


As an account manager and barista trainer, you will be looking after new & existing accounts with sales assistance, installation & maintenance of coffee equipment, coffee and barista training, both on site and at our roastery. Help to drive growth through sales of new lines or upselling products to current customers. Build brand awareness and finding new business opportunities via events and cold calling.
When needed, you will also assist the production team with coffee roasting, packing, order fulfilments and delivering wholesale orders to our local accounts. Cupping new coffees and attending events.


• To support our existing and new accounts with Barista & Coffee Training on-site and at the roastery
• Dealing with new and existing customer enquiries, sales and technical support
• Installation and maintenance of coffee equipment
• Help to drive growth through sales to existing accounts and to source new business opportunities and accounts
• Build brand awareness by attending trade & retail events
• Support our head roaster with cuppings and roasting in his absence
• Support the roastery with packing and order fulfilments
• Deliver wholesale orders to our local customers
• Working with a small team
• Keeping the workplace tidy and clean


• Two years experience of working in the specialty coffee industry is essential
• Two years experience of working as a barista is essential
• Full valid clean UK driving licence
• Good written and oral communication skills
• SCA qualifications preferred
• You must be a hands-on type of person, which is willing to be flexible and not scared of pulling their sleeves up.
• You will be a team player and be able to follow instructions.
• Have the ability to think on your feet, to be self-motivated and bring new ideas to the team
• Able to undertake independent tasks and to complete these to a high level
• Able to plan and deliver high level of customer service and organisation skills
• Enthusiasm to learn and self-development
• Great with people, maintain & foster relationships with suppliers and partners
• Adept at seeking out new leads & business opportunities
• Attention to detail, calm under pressure and resilient
• Drive to go beyond and above the standard and ordinary job functions
• Flexible times, being able to work either early or later. And occasionally on weekends for events.
